I am a graduate student working in the area of Single Event Upset in static and dynamic RAMs.  I am looking for information on the biasing of the "tub" of a SRAM manufactured by Texas Instruments (2K by 8 bits).  I don't know the part number of the chip, but assume (?) that the biasing should be standard.  I will appreciate any information.  Please forward information to
