I belive the quote was "Uh, Houston, we have a problem here.".

I think toned down due to the nature of the Astronaut saying it, not for
any worry of public consumption.

[When a test pilot says there is a problem, it's probably because he
can see flames coming off the vehicle..:-):-):-) ]
