I agree that dependent on traffic and other users, it would be appropriate to reassess it after a suitable period. I will prepare a couple of introductory notices and inform the 'working group' of the situation. I would proabably think that a reasonable flow of messages would start to appear by mid-May. I won't say any more detail than that at this point in time. A hardcopy is on its way to both yourself (DK) and Dan Davison. I'm out of the country and essentially unreachable until April 20th, at which time I will post said notices. I will reply to other people who have made enquiries after I get back.
