We are starting to collect enough journal tables of contents that this
project will merit a separate newsgroup.  In fact after this message I
will post the latest contents for Molecular Cellular Biology on
RESEARCH-NEWS.

This message is to put this proposal for a BIO-JOURNALS newsgroup out
to a vote of the community per our standard policy.  If you would like
to see such a newsgroup formed specifically devoted to carrying
journal tables of contents, then please send a message with a Subject:
line containing

YES ON BIO-JOURNALS

to one of the addresses below.  Voting is open for 60 days and 40 yes
votes are needed to create the group.
