   We are currently investigating the future possibilities for
incorporating a nerual network (possibly back propogation) for
weather forcasting.  We are still in the early stages of programming
much less deciding on which simulator would be most appropriate
for this project.  We are interested in any previous or present
work done on this particular subject.  Your replys will be 
greatly appreciated.
