I recently saw an advertisement for the complete report of the
October 1987 to February 1988 DARPA report on U.S. national perspectives
on neural networks.

Has anyone seen/read this report?  Is it useful for a researcher, or is
it written more from the funding agency perspective?  Any information
would be useful.

And before I get inundated with requests, the publication information
is:
