In that case, get MINIX of some public domain BBS (I am really sorry I cannot point you to one, since I do not use them). If you want to pay for it, MKS Toolkit implements "UNIX" on top of DOS (even leave out COMMAND.COM if you so desire) which is fairly full-featured. It goes for around $180 or so.
