The latter requires a terminal of some type, but the former only requires a touch tone phone for access. The QuickSource number is 323-2000, but cannot be accessed via 1+713+; SWBTCo has blocked access to "the Houston metro area served by SWBTCo," according to the script the woman reads to you when ask for help (713-865-5777; not blocked). The help desk will send you a free QuickSource directory though. I understand that QuickSource is a free call. If so, is there a Houston reader who'd volunteer to call forward to QuickSource on a "trial" basis? 8-)
