I the area that I grew up in, all pay phones had a prefix of 978 or something like that. Unless you saw your friend doing this, I wouldn't believe them. If you have seen them doing it, I would suggest that you talk to the person and tell them to stop. Also, let the phone company know how the person is doing thins. I AM NOT SUGGESTING YOU TURN THE PERSON IN SO NO FLAMES ABOUT IT!! This would be your choice. It is people like this that keep our phone bills so high! Ed Boston
