He works for a fairly large communications company as an instructor. The company wishes to teach it's own UN*X classes, but would just as soon purchase a teaching package from someone as create their own. To be more specified, the students this class would be targeted towards are non-UN*X programmers (I'm not sure whether they know C or not). I know of several courses for learning about UN*X, but they are all of the video-tape variety -- not appropriate when you have your own instructor(s).
