Has anybody added the LispM capability for editing files from foreign
hosts to GNU Emacs?  That is when the file name contains a hostname,
GNU Emacs will automatically invoke ftp-find-file or ftp-write-file
for file access.  Also if things like an ftp-dired is added, one can
also run dired on a directory on a foreign host.
