Hi,
	I'd like to thank all those who responded to my original posting
about help with the GIF file format.  I had originally planned on thanking 
everyone individually , but there are so many people that I don't think 
I'd ever get to thank all of you.  Also I'm sure I'd end up with some 
bounced mail.  I received many requests for similar information so I 
have decided to post what I have recived.  Sorry it took so long to get 
to it, but I've been busy and responses have continued to come in until 
a few days ago.  

	The orignal posting was sent to: comp.sys.atari.st, comp.graphics
and comp.sys.atari.st.  I am going to send the five items I am posting
to comp.graphics ONLY.

	There are three documents and two postings that contain C source
( these are uuencoded and zoo'd - that's the way I got them).  I received
multiple copies of a couple of things,  especially the Compuserve 
document on GIF.
