I'm looking for an image processing suite.  You know, the
standard type of functions: gradient edge detection, histogram
equalization, FFT, binary ops (XOR, OR, AND).  I'll even
accept a reference to a "cheap" off-the-shelf library, but
its gotta' be written in C.
