I have been testing messages in various groups on various frequencies.
The problem is getting the right frequency.

The reference problem is something we are trying to solve with decwrl's
help, but I have an incredible mass of hand editing (forget scripts)
one look at the data would tell you why, ala FTP and server daemons.
(1.1 MB) People say they will help, but no one will get down and dirty, so
I pick away between reading news, Cray runs, and everything else.  Its
also a BA ACM/SIGGRAPH function, so I tend to want to keep pieces in
the Bay Area.  The source material is all ACM from previously
published CGs.  However, there are also other subtle problems.
Better to finish editing.

Our local newsletter is covering the file
format issue (has been over the last two months) in a series of articles.
Tough nut to crack: uneducated newcomers who don't that machine languages
and formats differ between machine types.  You can tell a programmer's
perspective of the way they view the IBM PC (tm) family.  Better to
let some programmers rot than spread yourselves too thin (not an
implication against IBM programmers, but against people too narrowly
focused).  [IBM isn't a graphics company, let them run COBOL,
graphics is reserved for companies like Evans and Sutherland ;-)].
