Has anyone formulated a methodology regarding the inclusion of large C language Header files in C++ applications. We have experienced some difficulty with sunviews and sybase. Some approaches we have considered include : 1] Preprocessor Switches 2] Modified Header Versions 3] Isolation of inclusion. None of these approaches has "borne fruit" consistantly.
