Does anyone have or know of a parser for C++ that outputs the C++
unchanged?  Obviously, a pretty-printer for C++ would do nicely.  Some
nice, clean yacc grammar would be wonderful.  I'm trying to put
together a preprocessor that modifies C++ source in some relatively
minor ways.
