Subject: C++ to C translator available ?

Since I don't have easy access to a C++ compiler, does anyone know
of a translator to C (available through ftp, maybe) to do a one time
translation of C++ code ? The objective is to install some software
(on a VAX) which is partially written in C++. 

Efficiency is not of the essence, only that the the translated code compile 
correctly.
