Despite a few rather loud contrary voices, Objective-C is being used very successfully in some areas of the company. One particular group had a bad experience with it when they misapplied it and then blamed the language. Others have learned from these mistakes. It seemed unfair not to at least mention the HP success stories along with the horror stories found in this notestring.
