I recently purchased GraphLink from Visitech Software in Pittsburgh, PA
and it works great.  The printout resolution is independent of screen
resolution, (no more must you have a VGA to get decent output from
a Laserjet), and they support a wide variety of printers.

The program "intercepts" calls to the BGI so with VERY MINIMAL 
programming hardcopy is accomplished.

Price is only $100.
