I just sent a request on Friday afternoon. A response was sent back Friday at 14:22:07 PDT (although I didn't receive it until Saturday). So it's certainly still working and the response time at Adobe was quick. My request was only for help (my first time) so there may be a difference in service time for more difficult (or bulkier) requests.
