1)  This is to announce that SLIC Version 1.2 is available via an
    anonimous ftp to caf.mit.edu;  the TAR file is pub/slic.tar.

Before we try to find out the source of your convergence problems, let me
note that I have simulated all sorts of static RAMs with SLIC.  The problem
might be due to using an obsolete version of the program.  What version are
you using?  Are you using SLIC Version 1.2?  If you are, please e-mail me
the ".sim" and ".drive" files for the simplest circuit that runs into the
convergence problems and I will look at it.
