Message-ID: <3961@mipos3.intel.com> Date: 25 Apr 89 16:08:33 GMT Sender: news@mipos3.intel.com Reply-To: bbishop@tamcad.intel.com (Brian Bishop) Organization: Intel FMD, Folsom, CA Lines: 15 The savename function appears to be different between 1.5 and 2.2. In 1.5, if the recipient's name did not exist as a folder, the outgoing mail was saved in the default log file. Now the folder is created. Am I missing something in the documentation? I don't want to start another feature change flamefest. I just don't want to hack elm (I want the real patches ONLY), but I want mail to uncommon people to go to the default mlog (yes, I know about 'c' at the end of the message - I just like the old way. Call me conservative. Call me a lazy typist. I don't care). If there is a way to get elm 2.2 to act like 1.5 in this respect, I would like to hear about it. -- Brian Lloyd Bishop bbishop@tamcad.intel.com
