(Here I *am* speaking as a member of the development team. :-) ) Yes, it is different, and the info was posted here two days ago and is also in the Reference Guide. The long and the short of it is we thought we were increasing functionality by allowing the folder to be created. (There are benefits to the need functionality that I'm not going into here.) After a complaint about the niceness of the old functionality, we are currently working on a way to have the best of both worlds.
