Corporation, Amherst, Massachusetts Lines: 35 My original request for literature on software handling has sparked enough interest (I believe) for me to post the information I received in response. Other than requests for summaries, I received two replies. One (rather prominent) person offered to send me a pre-print of an article of his. I don't know what the proper netiquette is in a case like this, but I don't want to inundate him with requests for the article. Perhaps when it is published, he will be kind enough to post a short message to that effect. The other response was from pys@lln-cs.UUCP and is a follows: >As you post your article in comp.lang.c, I guess you mean >"error handling in programming languages, and specially C". >Perhaps the following article may be of interest to you: > > >%A P.A. I did, indeed, mean "error handling in programming languages, and especially C". And I thank both Pierre-Yves Schobbens and the other individual for taking the time to respond. -- Charlie Goldensher -- charlie@vicorp.uu.NET
