   I received minix 1.3 binary and sources from P-H after ordering the
upgrade kit, the saga drags on...
   A few weeks later I upgraded my machine to a '386 machine and found to
my surprise and joy that minix ran just fine!
 pertinent data:
      Motherboard:  ELT
      Memory:       1 meg physical
                    640K  logical
      Speed:        20MHz
      Bios:         Pheonix 1.10 01
      Video:        Hercules clone
      H.D. Ctrlr    W.D. (model # not available at this time)
      H.D.          ST251-1


  The last machine I was running Minix on was an Everex System 1800 (10MHz)
 and the only problem I had was the H.D. check always returned 0.
 Once that was patched, I had no problem.
 Anyone want to buy an AT real cheap ?
