I believe they are in the BSD unix distibution but my brain damaged Xenix sys V does not have them. I am willing to try coding them using the signal mechanisms, BUT, I need to know the function description and return value for each of them. Any pointers and/or help is much appreciated. Alternatively, are there equivalent calls in Unix system V? I am bold and desperate enough to want to recompile the kernel on this one. Thank y'all.
