Sorry to waste bandwidth like this but I need a reference for Concurrent
C.  I do have a copy of a copy of a paper that someone here obtained from
Gehani a couple of years ago.  It is circa 1985 and the language didn't
appear quite finished then.  Did they ever publish this paper or a book?
When and where?
