I have an NEC P2200 printer, and have been reading the manual about
how to select the fonts. The book says that ESC k (n) will select one
of the resident letter quality fonts.

n=0 is for Courier
n=6 is for Super Focus
n=12 is for OCR-B
and n=15 selects ITC Souvenir.

All of these work *except* the selection for Courier (n=0). 

Does anyone else have this problem? Am I doing something wrong?
Can anyone help?
