In response to several requests for Tops Terminal:

The latest version of Tops Terminal along with a very complete manual is 
available by anoymous FTP from Oregon State University.  Tops Terminal
does have many nice features, too numerous to mention.  However, it is worth 
noteing that it will work on a network or over a phone line, and that it 
supports xmodem as well as FTP.
