One of our VAXcluster 6220 (VMS 5.0-2 two processor) suddently became network resource unavailable. I checked users at that moment only 11 users on the system but when I checked NCP> show know link, there were lots of unknown processors occupied the line. I call DEC Colorado for help. The unsatisfied answers are: *************************** " When you log in and log out of VAX6220 using DECnet-DOS v 1.2 through DEMPR and did not turn off P.C. right away. VAX will still reconize you still hanging there wear an unknown mask. That's why the unknown processors from." I am doing some test now including update the DECnet-DOS version and modify NCP parameters. But if someone has the same experience I had please let me know.
