I am still seeking the public domain C program that allows one to read
VMS Backup format tapes on a UNIX System V system.  I have had a reply
offering me the program, but 'gatech' bounced back my reply.

To the person who offered me the program: please just mail it to me!
Your uucp path to me is good, but my path to you goes through gatech, 
so I cannot reply to you.
