Intentions don't count, the licensing agreement does. 2) Both Marco's lawyer and mine agree indepenently that you have the right to sell older Dpaints. 3) I just got off the phone with EA. I asked them if could sell my older Dpaints.... they didn't know, put me on hold, and after 15 minutes said yes, I could, as long as the purchaser was aware he wasn't the registered owner and couldn't get upgrades or customer service.
