Due to eye strain from many hours of coding I find the need to switch to an
amber monitor.  I have a brand semi-new Magnavox monitor that I use on the
PC clone but I would prefer to code directly on my Amiga.  So I would like
to know if it is possible to hook a TTL level digital video monitor to an
Amiga 1000 and have it work properly?  If it is possible then I would
appreciate the specifics on how this can be done.

The Magnavox has a 6 Pin Din plug to the monitor and a 9 Pin "D" to the
Monochrome Adapter Card on the PC clone:
