This is for a friend of mine:

He is writing a handler routine and needs to know more about the
DosPacket structure and mostly DP_Type.  The RKM vaguely explains this
structure and he needs to get more information about it.  Does anyone
know more about this structure, or where he can get a hold of more
information.  Thanks.
