Last week in Paris, at SICOB, Commodore France announced the new
C-A 68030 board. They showed an animation with smooth graphics running on 
the board. The board should be available in June (1989 ;-)),
at a very competitive price :  about  3000$ (+ taxes) for 68030/68882, 2Megs
of 100ns  RAM. This is about 2x less than GVP or CSA boards, at least
in France.
They also showed Un*x on a 2500, but actually, they could only play
with the window system.

Just to let you know ('twas advertised as a ``World Premiere'',
nothing less ;-))
