They make a flat-screen display called the "C-Vue" (does anyone know if the C-Vue is a direct redesign of the discontinued Apple LCD screen?), which sells for $349 at last check. It's a nice screen; mounts to the //c with a bracket that both hooks into the rear air-slots and gets glued onto the top of the computer. The screen itself can swivel to any angle. It plugs into the RGB port of the c, and gets its power directly from the computer. I don't own one myself, but used it for about 2 weeks (I was doing some consulting for a company...), and it's quite readable in all the lighting conditions I was using it under. The rest of the stuff can be found at Roger Coats, as well. They make a battery-pack called the "Prairie Power Pack" (I believe it's sold for $139 or so); it replaces the //c power supply, is roughly the same size as the //c power supply, and provides 6-8 hours of power. Roger Coats also has, I'm pretty sure, carrying cases for the //c. Anyway, it's a good company with good products (they sell some other stuff -- all hardware, I believe -- like RAM cards). I wouldn't mind doing business with them again. You can get in touch with 'em by calling 1-800-GET-CVUE (438-2883), or by looking up their ads in one of the Apple mags. See ya'... Joseph F.
