I have talked to Sig, and he mentions whenever Sam, or the other Tramiels get a bad letter, they go on a rampage. (Sig's words (!)) Or write (I forgot his name right now) the other Tramiel, one of the Vice Presidents, I think. Anyway, be concise, explain clearly, and do not cuss. People are more receptive to concise letters, not hate mail.
