What it is supposed to do is let you design ICONS FOR SPECIFIC FILE NAMES. Imagine! *.ACC Accessory icon *.PI? Little picture icons *.TN? *.NEO *.SPU Complex picture icons *.SPC *.TXT Little text icons *.DOC DESKTOP.INF Give this one its own SPECIAL icon etc . . . ... if only I could get it to work!
