There is a program in the ssyx archive called ICONE that should do EXACTLY
what you want, but I haven't been able to get it to work.
What it is supposed to do is let you design ICONS FOR SPECIFIC FILE NAMES.
Imagine!

       *.ACC   Accessory icon
       *.PI?   Little picture icons
       *.TN?
       *.NEO
       *.SPU   Complex picture icons
       *.SPC
       *.TXT   Little text icons
       *.DOC
 DESKTOP.INF   Give this one its own SPECIAL icon

      etc
       .
       .
       .

         ... if only I could get it to work!

IT ALWAYS CRASHS MY SYSTEM!!

Has ANYONE gotten this to work?
