I am trying to find out what one must do in order to sell software to
customers overseas.  I imagine that there are forms to fill out, 
procedures to follow, etc.  Any pointers to books/magazine articles
on this subject would be greatly appreciated.  I'd enjoy hearing any advice
about this.
