I remember seeing something posted a while back about an archive 
site that had some kind of mail server for sending out files to
folks that don't have FTP access.  I seem to have misplaced the
article that I had explaining how to get to and use this server.
Sure would appreciate it if someone would re-post or Email me
this information......
