I've had HDB uucp running on my 3B1 for quite some time, and I have
been very happy with it.  Unfortunately it was using the OBM.
I was getting real tired of 1200 baud news feeds, so I splurged and
got a 2400 baud modem.  I disabled ph1 and reinstalled HDB using
tty000.  It doesn't work.  The uugetty is running but isn't attached
to tty000 (says ? in the TTY field for ps -el).  Both uucico (through
Uutry) and cu give me an error of "can't access devive".  Does anyone
have a clue as to what is wrong?  Samples from the following files
will help me out:

	/usr/lib/uucp/Devices
	/usr/lib/uucp/Dialers
	/usr/lib/uucp/Systems
	anything else you might consider to be helpful

Also, do you enable hardware flow control for the port?  If so, what
should the inittab entry look like and what commands should be sent
to a 'Hayes compatable' modem (Anchor 2400E) to support hardware flow
control?
