Does anyone have a printcap entry for an HP7475A plotter?  I want to
hang this guy off a Sun 3/260 running SunOS 4.0.1 and am having a
great deal of trouble with it.  I have the required drivers for this
for plot(1) format, so I don't need those, but I'm having a lot of
trouble with the printcap entry and flow control.
