I don't read this group that often, but a comrade clued me to the question.

Yep. From the debugger, type

sb

Make sure it's lower case (hold shift key while typing)

then hit return (new kbds) or enter (old kbd).

The 3.22 version of Pascal also allows you to specify what system to reboot 
to, but I won't try to describe that here.
