There are separate analog RGB inputs, and you can tie to each for a red/green/or blue screen or parallel the inputs to get a white screen. To answer your question as you really meant it (I assume): NO, you cannot hook a color composite video signal to the MS II and get a color display. You could do so with a separate RS-170A => RGB converter, but it would cost more than the monitor! You can buy a Samsung or whatever TV/monitor at Crazy Eddies for around $250 that will do what you really want and leave the $500 MS II for its intended purpose...
