I recently bought a 60MB SCSI drive for my XT. It came with absolutely NO documentation, NO partitioning software, and NO face plate. After getting through to the sales people, they told me that I should have known to order the face plate and now I had to talk to customer service. After 1 week of endless busy signals I finally got through and was reassured that all the forementioned stuff was going to be in the mail today. Two weeks later, with great persistance I broke through the endless busy signals and was told again it was on the way today. That was also 1.5 weeks ago. I have finally given up on trying to get through to their 6 , yes I found out 6, customer support service people. I would appreciate all you other people having problems to tell them about my problem if you ever bread through. Hey that's an idea start a news- group and we will all state our problems and whoever breaks through gets to tell the nice lady at the other end all our problems. Stuck with a naked drive.
