Can someone direct me to a "pcip" guru?  i'm trying to help a 
networking tyro get some monitoring s/w for a proteon ring,
hosted on an AT, and Netwatch looks like the right way to go.
But...
  does it require MS-C?
  what are "boo" and "unboo"?
  any caveats for a firsttimer putting it up?
