The VT102 was an enhanced VT100 which has insert and delete character
escape sequences, 132 column x 80 character display, an on board printer
port with passthrough and printscreen modes and underline, blink,reverse
and bold screen attributes.

Most of these features were optional on the VT100 (extra cost) and involved
add in boards.  The VT102 had one board and did all of these things.
