Sorry I couldn't get any mail through but since your query seems to come up often enough: From the Telix dialing menu (alt-D) you can edit the entry so it will send an erase instead of a ^H. Just place the cursor over the entry to edit and hit 'e'. Then go through the options to # 14 'BS key sends' and select 'del'. Or, if you're on a Unix system enter 'stty erase ^H' at the command line, from your .login file or in a Telix logon script. Happy Trails, Roger
