I had asked when the product would be delivered. The sales rep said 10 days. I asked if he could check if the product was in stock, because 10 days was a little close to the time that I needed it. He replied that it was not in stock. I asked him how he could say it would take 10 days until it came to my door, if it was not in stock. He became angry and hung up. This is not the kind of place I will ever do business with again, and I wonder if any of you have had similar experiances? -Pete
