Subject: Can't get to Simtel20

Someone recently posted that they have placed or are placing a great deal
of digitized sounds to the Simtel20 archive.  Now, being the sound
aficionado that I am, I would like to ftp these things, but whenever I try
to open the connection, it is always refused.  Not lost, but refused.

Any reasons why?  I can open any other site, save for this one.

Oh, the addresses I use are Simtel20.arpa and Simtel20.Army.MIL.  I don't
know its IP address.
